Our dried pasta with 11 herbs is created from
selected grains combined with a unique blend of aromatic and wild herbs, which we cultivate or handpick in the meadows and forests surrounding our farm. Each herb is harvested at its optimal moment, slowly dried, and carefully processed to preserve its aromas, colors, and natural properties.
The result is a pasta with a distinctive yet
balanced character, featuring fresh, slightly wild
herbal notes that can elevate even the simplest
dishes into an authentic culinary experience.
